OUR GUARANTEE:

Items that we sell are guaranteed for life. If your bag shows any signs of manufacture defect, we will repair or replace it. In the event of a repair or replacement we will ask you to send us your bag the cheapest way possible (we recommend USPS flat rate). We will not charge you shipping to get your repaired/replaced bag back to you.

Our current defect repair/replacement rate is less than half a percent of all sales.

We do not cover misuse or abuse of a bag. Such as- battery acid burns, slices or cuts from sharp objects being loose in your bag, burns from contact with hot surfaces or flame, abrasion holes from inserting a 'homemade frame' into the bag and/or any attempt to alter the bag yourself.
